Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation it must be done five business days before the start date and there is a maximum $95 non-refundable fee.  If a student cancels with less than five business days notice no refund will be made. This fee can not be applied to another class. Class deposits are not transferable to another date with less than 5 business days notice. If a class does not run due to low enrollment, registrants will be offered a full refund or have the option to transfer their deposit to another class of their choice.

Gift Certificates are considered valid for use immediately after purchase. If a gift certificate is not redeemed after 18 months a $2.50/month dormancy fee is applied. 18 months are counted from the month following purchase.

Jewel Envy is owned by Gillian Batcher; Jewel Envy will herein stand for Gillian. Jewel Envy class policy and waiver to be signed by student or parent/guardian on or before the start date of class.

Public Liability Insurance:
Jewel Envy at its own expense shall provide Public Liability Insurance to cover any action by a third party user or visitor relating to the studio.

Jewel Envy Classes:
Students taking classes at Jewel Envy (herein called Student) hereby agree to be responsible for all or any injury, loss or damage, of every nature and kind whatsoever, to itself; the Student hearby releases and discharges Jewel Envy from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, damages or suits arising as a result of the negligence of Jewel Envy.

If student is under 18, please provide the name and phone number of guardian.
NOTE: If paying by cheque, please make all cheques payable to Jewel Envy. Deposits must be received a minimum of 2 days before the class starts. If paying by credit card, you will be redirected to make your payment on a secure Paypal website. If you would like to sign up the day of a class please call Jewel Envy to confirm space in the class and give a deposit with your credit card over the phone. You are not registered in the class until we have a registration form and a deposit from you. Once we have both of these you will receive confirmation of your enrollment. If you do not receive this confirmation you are not confirmed as enrolled in the class. Thank you!
