This must attend Roncy event is back this September 17th and 18th! Once again we will hold a free workshop out front of Jewel Envy to learn to carve a wax ring (for adults) or pendant (for kids). This workshop is a great introduction to one of the jewellery making processes we use in the studio. The wax you carve is free for you to take home with you. If you love your wax model we will cast it in bronze for you for $35 plus HST or you can sign up for a 1/2 day class the following weekend and learn to finish it in sterling silver. The half day class costs $95 plus HST plus sterling silver.
This year as part of our 10 months of promotions leading up to our 10 year anniversary our September promotion will be upgrades on your carvings. If you have us cast your piece for an additional $10* plus HST we will cast it in sterling silver for you or if you sign up for the half day class the following weekend we will cast it in bronze at no additional charge! This year we are bringing you all of the casting options you have requested.

On Saturday November 28th we will be participating in Shop the Neighborhood, a national initiative by Yellowpages.ca to spark interest and support for small local businesses. Jewel Envy is a neighborhood business and getting to know our customers is important to us. Announcing the theme of Winter Weddings. Each jeweller was invited to interpret this theme into finished jewellery. The work will be on display at Jewel Envy from November 17th- Decmber 24th. Join us on Roncesvalles during the Polish Festival for music, delicious food, and workshops here at Jewel Envy!
We will have a free wax carving workshop just out front of the store and we once again invite you to come and try your hand at jewellery making. The project takes about 1 hour to complete and you can sign up in advance, on the day of, or just show up. We will teach you how to carve a ring or pendant using wax. The wax is free and yours to take away, but unfortunately as it is only wax it will not withstand longterm wear. If you want your design to last we suggest turning it into a finshed metal piece of jewellery and we have two great specials being offered onl during the Polish Festival!
1. For $35 plus HST we will cast your ring in bronze and finish it for you to pick up the next weekend.
2. For $95 plus HST (plus the cost of sterling silver) we will cast your ring during the week and then you can come back the next weekend for a half day course and learn to finish it yourself.
